SARALiTE Stands for:
Sturdy, Attractive, Reliable, Anti-Break, and Lite. Business Logo and Trademark were Registered in 2020.
In order to distinguish our Quality Dishware from Others and Gain Consumers' Confidence, we no longer use Melamine as Product Material; rather, we adopt the word "SARALiTE" as an enhanced dishware material.
Under Normal Usage, the Lifespan of Quality SaraLite Dishware is 2 to 3 years. After This Period, Loss of Shininess and Discoloration may be Observed. However, They Can Still be Used Until the Occurrence of Cracks and Breakage.
We Guarantee Continuous Production of Our Dinnerware Items for a Lifetime, so Customers will Never Experience Product Leftover. Each Item is A Friend of Another. That is the Dishware we are Proud of and Think of.
Due to the Nature of Product Manufacturing, some Products, such as Mugs and Bowls, are Made of Two or Three Sections for Classic Appearance with Thin Handle(s) and Line(s). Therefore, although Those Products still Offer Sturdy and Anti-Break Features, They do require Proper Care, Handling, and Maintenance.
Depending on the Purpose of Usage (i.e. Food Containing High Oil). Even Our Products Have Special Coating on the Surface to Prevent Stains and Loss of Shininess, in Certain Situations (i.e. Commercial Color Die, Heat Food at a High Temperature and Cool it down in the Fridge for a Period of Time) You May Observe Color Stains.
Nevertheless, Our Products are Still Safe to Use. Products of Y2 are Anti-Breakage in Terms of Cracked and Chipped; However, in Some Environments (i.e. Low Temperature), You May Still Experience Cracks and Chips.
Periodically, Household Liquid Bleach, a 5% Sodium Hypochlorite Solution, can be Used to Assist with Product Cleaning. Please Dilute the Bleach to about 1% to 2% Concentration in a Cleaning Tank. The Simple Math is: If the Household Bleach is in a one-Gallon Bottle then Mix It with Four Gallons (1%) to Two Gallons (1.7%) of Clean Water. Rinse and/or soak the Stained Dishware in the Solution Tank for about 10 minutes first and then Place them in Dishwasher for Final Cleaning.
For Home Usage, Our Limited Warranty is One Year While It is 6 Months for Commercial Usage Against Product Defect. There is No Return Policy; However, an Exchange of Products can be Made. In Most Cases, Our Quality Dishware lasts for Many Years. SARALiTE Reserves the Sole Right in Determining the Proper Warranty Duration.
Is Our Warranty Not Long Enough? Please Think about China and Porcelain Dinnerware. Do They Carry Any Warranty at All? Probably Not.
